The framework we work to on every order
Specifications, the regulatory picture, or straight to a price — whichever you need first.
Nanjing Bolante International Trade Co., Ltd. is an export trading company registered in the Nanjing Area of the China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone. We supply portable and split air conditioning units to importers, wholesalers and retail buyers in the European Union.
Our founding team brings eighteen years in electrical appliances, and in air conditioning in particular: model selection and what actually separates one specification from another, export procedure and the documents each market asks for, and the EU requirements that decide whether a unit may be placed on the market at all. The consequence for you is practical rather than decorative — a technical question comes back answered in the same reply, not after we have gone to ask the factory.
The company itself was registered in 2026, and we would rather state the rest plainly too: we do not own factories and we do not hold stock. What we do is select manufacturing partners in the Chinese HVAC supply base, verify that a model can genuinely be placed on the EU market as specified, and manage the order from specification through to the delivered container.
Terms, ports and timings stated before you ask for them. Everything below is confirmed per order in the proforma invoice.
Indicative port-to-port transit ex Shanghai or Ningbo. Actual routing, transhipment and dangerous-goods acceptance are confirmed with the carrier before the sailing is fixed.
Other ports on request. LCL is possible for trial orders but is rarely economic for this product and complicates handling of R290 units.
The European selling window for portable air conditioning runs from May to August. The table below introduces no new numbers — it works backwards from the shelf date using the two figures already on this page: 30–45 days of production, and 22–40 days port to port.
Enquiry, model selection, samples, and the EPREL and energy label route agreed
The compliance work has to come first. A labelling problem found after the container is loaded is the importer's problem, not the factory's.
Order confirmed, deposit paid, production slot booked
Working back from the 30–45 day production time on this page.
Loaded and sailed
Working back from the port-to-port transits on this page. Units charged with R290 book as dangerous goods and need the slot secured earlier.
Arrival, customs clearance, inland distribution
Allowing for clearance and inland transport.
On the shelf in Europe
The selling season opens.
This is the normal rhythm for a direct sailing to a base port, not a commitment. In peak season both factory slots and vessel space tighten, and actual dates are confirmed per order.
One accountable trade desk from factory selection through to the delivered container.

Energy label class, EPREL route and the CE document pack are settled at enquiry stage, not after the container is booked.
Specification sign-off, production follow-up and pre-shipment inspection against the sheet you approved.
FCL by sea, export documentation, and dangerous-goods booking where the unit is charged with R290.
Send the model or the specification, your target quantity, destination port and delivery window. If a unit cannot be placed on the EU market as specified, we will say so at enquiry stage. We reply within three business days.
