- 02Target quantity, and whether this is a trial order
- 03Destination country and port of discharge
- 04Delivery term you want quoted — FOB, CFR or CIF
- 05Required delivery window
- 06Any energy class requirement — portable units for the EU are quoted with R290
- 07Who will register the model in EPREL — you as importer, or an authorised representative in the EU — so we can prepare the label data in the database format
